Maido! is a bistrot specialized in Okonomiyaki the most popular dish of the second biggest city of Japan: Osaka. Okonomiyaki means “as you like it” and is an omelette of flour, Savoy cabbage and eggs, cooked in a special hotplate (teppan) and flavoured with other ingredients like meat, cheese and shrimps. The dish is topped with the special Okonomi sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, seaweed and bonito flakes.
